Nautilus Techlabs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use nautilustechlabs.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to all visitors, including those in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA).

- Contact form — first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and the message you send.
- Chat conversations — anything you type into our Crisp chat widget, including any contact details you choose to share.
- Direct email or call — the content of correspondence and the contact details you use.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-1NZ2TXML4V) records anonymized page views, events (button clicks, scroll depth, form submissions), approximate location (country/region), device and browser, and referring URL. - Chat widget — Crisp may set its own cookies to maintain session state.
- Server logs — IP address and request metadata captured by our hosting provider for security and debugging.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal or consultation.
- Send follow-up communication directly related to your request.
- Measure traffic patterns and improve site content (aggregated analytics only).
- Detect abuse and maintain site security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Legal basis (EU/UK GDPR)
- Consent — for analytics and chat cookies, where required.
- Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you submit.
- Contract — performing services we agreed to deliver.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with processors that help us operate the site:
- Google Analytics — usage measurement (policy).
- Crisp — live chat (policy).
- Hosting provider — serves and logs site traffic.
We do not share your information for advertising and do not use cross-site tracking pixels.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and chat session continuity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not break the static pages of the site but may disable chat history.
6. Data retention
- Contact form submissions: kept up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics 4 defaults (currently 14 months).
- Chat transcripts: kept while the lead is active and for up to 12 months afterward.
7. Your rights
Subject to your local law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Children's privacy
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. International transfers
Our servers and processors are located in India, the United States, and the European Union. Where data leaves your region we rely on standard contractual clauses or the processor's equivalent safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
