Terms of Service
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Nautilus Techlabs website at nautilustechlabs.com and any related communication (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Nautilus Techlabs LLP, registered in India, with offices at 1015, Ganesh Glory, Off SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Contact: bipin@nautilustechlabs.com.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with site availability, security, or performance.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Submit false contact information, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data in bulk without our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, code, logos, images, the "Nautilus Techlabs" name, and portfolio screenshots — is owned by Nautilus Techlabs LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Personal browser-side caching is fine; redistribution is not.
Portfolio screenshots remain the property of the respective client; they are shown with permission to illustrate our work.
4. Submissions and enquiries
When you submit a project enquiry, idea, or message through the Site you confirm that:
- The information is true to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to share any third-party content you include.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to read, evaluate, and respond to the submission for the purpose of providing a proposal.
If we proceed to an engagement, a separate written contract will govern the work (scope, fees, IP assignment, NDA, etc.).
5. Third-party services
The Site embeds third-party tools — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Crisp chat, the Animate-On-Scroll library, and self-hosted fonts. Their use is governed by their own terms; we do not control their behavior.
6. No professional advice
Information on the Site (including blog posts, case studies, and FAQs) is for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for engaging qualified professionals.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautilus Techlabs LLP, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at INR 10,000 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nautilus Techlabs LLP from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction your local consumer protections continue to apply.
